    Escalation point for complex issues across Microsoft 365, endpoint management, networking, VoIP, SaaS platforms, and business-critical infrastructure. Drive internal systems improvement across HaloPSA, Hudu, M365, and operational processes.

  2. Summer 2025

    Operations Project Coordinator

    Coordinated MSP and low-voltage project schedules, documentation, onboarding workflows, material readiness, and client communication. Maintained project visibility across internal teams, project managers, vendors, and clients.

  3. Spring 2024

    Tier I Technician

    Delivered frontline technical support to local and international end users across hardware, software, network, and global enterprise environments. Performed remote and onsite installations and incident response.
